Synopsis
Housebound recent paraplegic Randal witnesses a gangster murder a crooked cop. He recruits his girlfriend and friend to help blackmail the murderer and use the money to escape the slums. They soon find themselves in over their heads trying to outmaneuver both the criminals and the cops.
