NOVA: Rise of the Robots is a documentary about the effects that robots have had on our lives, and documents an attempt to create an authentic humanoid robot. The film views the techonology needed to create a machine that can fill the roles of humans in disaster situations, and how the everyday presence of artifical intelligence could affect the daily lives of humans everywhere.
