Synopsis by Janiss Garza
In this quirky comedy-melodrama, stage actor William Collier takes yet another stab at the silent screen. His character is just what the title says -- he's a guy who refuses to work, preferring instead to throw wild parties and down rivers of booze. When one of his gatherings ends with a car crashing into a department store, he is thrown in jail. When he gets out, he decides that maybe becoming a detective would be a good idea. But he winds up getting involved with a gang of crooks and helping them pull off a job. Within their ranks, he finds romance with Lucia (Enid Markey) and also discovers that his uncle is the gang's leader.
