Synopsis by Dan Pavlides
A fired policeman gets in trouble with the law when he pursues the kidnappers of a young boy, and the crooks sue the hero for impersonating an officer. The child's father is arrested for stealing documents from a bank to insure the safe return of his son. Through his experiences, the former policeman is convinced that the law does not necessarily work to the advantage of the common good of the people. The feature serves as a biting social commentary that questions authority and redefines right and wrong.
