Dawn Budge, now a "Hearts 'n' Scalpels" producer, objects when the show is invited to participate in a gay-pride parade. Meanwhile, Christian falls back into old habits; Sean, on the outs with Christian over Julia, hires Gina (Jessalyn Gilsig) as a receptionist to get back at him; and Rachel Ben Natan, Matt's disfigured rehabilitation counselor, sees Sean when she experiences pain in her face, but her case proves to be more complicated than that.
