Nike Brings together three top instructors -- Kari Anderson, Jeff Vandiver, and Donna Richardson -- in this multi-activity workout designed to produce total body results in about an hour. The workout kicks off with 20 minutes of step aerobics followed by several segments of resistance training using dumbbells, a Body Bar, and an Xertube. The instructors keep the workout fresh by alternating who leads the exercises. This is a fast-paced workout that targets nearly every muscle group and is intended for an intermediate or advanced viewer.
