Synopsis by Eleanor Mannikka

In this poetic Japanese documentary on the Nemunoki school for physically and mentally impaired children, director Mariko Miyagi, who has made the school her personal project, takes the camera through the school's museum of its children's paintings. Each sequence of paintings is followed by the camera and matched up with musical modes. German pianist Christop Eschenbach himself visited the school and in the reverse process, his piano music inspired the paintings children produced.
