NFL Films presents the Miami Dolphins' productive 1997 season, which featured Miami's first postseason appearance under head coach Jimmy Johnson. Finishing 9-7 in the regular season, the Dolphins fell in the first round of the playoffs with a 17-3 loss to the New England Patriots in the AFC Wild Card game. A three-game winning streak in October served as the team's high point, which included an impressive 31-20 win over the New York Jets at the Meadowlands. That was followed a month later by Miami's lowest point -- a 41-0 shutout loss to Indianapolis. This video retrospective chronicles the Dolphins' season, following top performers like quarterback Dan Marino and running back Karim Abdul-Jabbar.
