Synopsis by Cecilia Cygnar
After a 1995 season with an even 8-8 record, the Seattle Seahawks were determined to turn that record around with a winning season in 1996. Instead, the Seahawks battled disappointment and obstacles all year, leaving the team with a 7-9 losing record at the end of the year. With a team led by quarterbacks John Friesz and Rick Mirer, running back Chris Warren, defensive ends Michael Sinclair and Michael McCrary, and wide receiver Joey Galloway, the Seahawks struggled with defeats from game one all the way through the season. This video will document all of the heartaches the Seahawks experienced in 1996 with actual locker room and practice game footage plus interviews with some of the players and coaches.
