The best and brightest of the young basketball stars are seen in NBA: Rising Stars. Tim Hardaway, Shawn Kemp, Shaquille O'Neal, Larry Johnson, and others are filmed as they demonstrate their superior skills on court. This fast-paced program highlights the players in their prime, as they dunk, pass, and dribble their way to fame. The passing virtuosity of Kenny Anderson and the jams of Harold Miner are featured.
