Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
Susanna Edwards directed this short Swedish film starring Lena Klingvall. Klingvall plays Nadja, a young girl who is obsessed with swimming and fantasizes about swimming across the ocean. Designed for family viewing, the script was written by Edwards, adapted from a novel by Gunder Anersson, and offers a blend of fantasy and reality. The 1995 production co-stars Kristian Lima de Faria and Anna Bjelkerud, and should not be confused with the David Lynch-executive-produced vampire thriller of the same name.
