The world is once again spiraling toward disaster, and the only one with the power to save humankind from the wrath of a power-hungry overlord is everyone's favorite anime heroine, who springs into action for one final adventure. The most powerful and influential figures on the planet are evaporating into this air one by one, and as the public begins to panic, a mysterious girl named Fuzzy appears to reunite Nadia with her old friend Jean after years apart. Meanwhile, the nefarious Giegar is using the power of mind control and preparing his army for an all-out invasion on planet Earth.
