Synopsis by Rovi

Thirteen-year-old Victoria Martin (Mary Beth Manning) is convinced that her "clueless" mother has absolutely no concept of what it is like to be young. Her attitude changes dramatically when, as the result of a bump on the head, Victoria wakes up to find she has gone back in time to 1944. Here she meets and befriends a young girl named CiCi (Rachel Longaker), who is very much like herself -- and who turns out to be the younger version of guess who? Based on Francine Pascal's novel Hangin' Out With Cici, My Mother Was Never a Kid is also available in a 30-minute VHS version.
