After time away from high school, Fred moves across the hall from his high school crush. Unfortunately for him, little has changed since high school, and Fred's basic lust turns to obsession. But voyeurism alone will not be enough to quench his desire, and he is driven to extreme measures. He sets up hidden video cameras and audiotapes in Lisa's apartment, allowing him access to her most intimate conversations and actions. Fred uses this knowledge to wiggle his way into Lisa's life and push aside those that would stand in his way of being with her. Because if he can't have her, no one else will either!
