Synopsis by Brian Gusse
This documentary chronicles the life and work of famed film composer Bernard Herrmann. Herrmann, who died in 1976, scored many sci-fi and fantasy movies and several Alfred Hitchcock films. Included are clips from many of the films he composed for and interviews with actors and composers he worked with, including James Stewart, David Raksin and Elmer Bernstein.
