Synopsis by Hal Erickson
When Murphy (Candice Bergen) is obliged to fly to Paris, Eldin (Robert Pastorelli) is temporarily left in charge of her baby. Trouble ensues when Murphy begins experiencing pangs of guilt over being separated, even for so short a time, from her son. In this historic episode, Murphy not only picks a name for her baby (at long last), but also brings her tireless search for the perfect nanny to an end. Plus, we are treated to another subtle jab at the "Traditional Family Values" palaver of (now former) Vice President Dan Quayle.
