Synopsis by Jason Buchanan

After a pair of small town sweethearts-turned homicidal maniacs embark on a brutal interstate killing spree that would have turned turn Charles Starkweather green with envy, a dedicated team of filmmakers attempt to find out the truth behind the missing videotape make by the couple in filmmaker James D. Mortellaro's shocking mockumentary. By all accounts, Dwayne Foote and Darla Jean Stanton were the all American couple until their innocent puppy love took a backseat to their raging bloodlust. Through seventeen robberies, eleven murders, and six states, the rampaging couple kept the camera rolling the entire time. The tape that showcases each and every brutal act of violence has gone missing though, and as authorities make a desperate attempt to cover up the existence of the damning evidence, a dedicated director and his bold crew risk life and limb to reveal the truth behind one of America's most notorious crime sprees.
