Noted pilates instructor Kristin McGee leads her students through a customizable workout in this cutting-edge fitness video. MTV: Pilates Mix features two workouts centered around pilates-style yoga, one emphasizing the arms and abs, one focusing on the legs and abs, while a third bonus workout offers an equal emphasis on the whole body. The DVD edition also allows users to pick and choose parts of each workout, or play all three in sequence, while they can also customize the musical choices and play the programs with or without narration.
