Dr. Irene Lamberti originated her Aerobic Prayer Series in 1996. It all started with a simple idea: combine exercise with devotion to connect the mind and body. In Moving Meditation Through Dance, Sings My Soul, Dr. Lamberti premieres this idea of a two-pronged workout. She mixes dance, stretching, and non-impact aerobics to produce the movement portion. But unlike other exercise videos, Dr. Lamberti also delves into the spiritual aspect of activity. Her meditation includes thoughts on gratitude, balance, and chakras. The first part of a set, Sings My Soul teaches viewers to create a well-balanced routine of emotional and physical health.
