Author and chiropractic physician Dr. Irene Lamberti created an original and though-provoking exercise routine with her Aerobic Prayer Series. Moving Meditation Through Dance: Sings My Soul, Vol. 2 concentrates on the strengthening portion of her workout while teaching viewers how to meditate. Dr. Lamberti uses uplifting music as a guide for relaxing, non-impact aerobics. Her gentle stretches work the lower body easily. At the same time, the meditation part of the video opens a door to increased emotional awareness. As a continuation of her premiere exercise video, Sings My Soul completes a picture of total wellness that addresses both mind and body.
