Dr. Lamberti's goal is to teach viewers to celebrate diversity while moving the body. She uses ideas like positivity and joy as meditative points. Along the way, Dr. Lamberti mixes non-impact aerobics, stretching, and dance to create energy. One Spirit includes a section dedicated to the varied people of the world, inspired by Nelson Mandela.
