More Yoga for the Rest of Us With Peggy Cappy is the follow-up to Yoga for the Rest of Us. This system is designed for anyone to use regardless of age and fitness level. The program is broken into three different sections. The first focuses on stretching. The second is a series of poses designed to increase strength and balance. Part three focuses on mental relaxation techniques.
