Synopsis by Clarke Fountain
This documentary follows the unusual Audrey Sutherland as she kayaks along the northern coasts of her beloved island of Moloka'i in Hawaii, as she has been doing for over twenty-five years. In addition to gorgeous scenery, she provides the viewer with extensive information about local history and mythology. While some might not be prepared to enjoy as much detail as she goes into, those who are thirsty for information about Hawaii's mythological roots and underpinnings are likely to be pleasantly surprised.
