The former Jane Fonda Workout video instructor provides viewers with a routine designed for overall strengthening and toning. Fox has taught fitness classes for over 20 years, more recently specializing in merging yoga with aerobics. She has also worked with Equinox Fitness Clubs in New York City, and has been a contributing editor for Shape Magazine. Here Fox presents viewers with a workout designed to enhance the entire body.
