Several variations of the The Modern Jazz Quartet headline this jazz-themed concert release - a compilation with footage pulled from four separate gigs. The ensembles are headlined, in each case, by John Lewis, but feature a veritable all-star of guests such as bassist Percy Heath, pianists Marian McPartland and Bill Evans and bassist Niels-Henning Orsted Pedersen. Selections include "Billie's Bounce," "Winter Tale," "Lonely Woman" and several others.
