Synopsis by Perry Seibert
The end of game 6 of the 1986 World Series is remembered not just by baseball enthusiasts, but by much of the general public as well because Red Sox first-baseman Bill Buckner misplayed a ground ball hit by the Mets' Mookie Wilson, causing an error that led to the dissolving of a lead that would have given the Boston squad their first championship in 68 years. This release contains the original television broadcast of the game.
