Minding My Own Business is a 13-part series designed to inspire and motivate entrepreneurs. It features ethnically diverse women who have successfully established their own companies. Entrepreneurs share their victories and failures and frankly discuss the effort and skills required for survival. Programs one through six address business planning and operating an ongoing business, while other programs highlight particular types of businesses. The episode Managing examines the keys to achieving long-term goals by focusing on successful administration of day-to-day operations. Management issues covered include organization, record keeping, staffing, inventory control, customer relations, and professional development.
