Poland's annual Metalmania Festival is one of the biggest metal events in Eastern Europe, and this home video documents the sonic mayhem of the 2003 edition of the festival. Metalmania 2003 includes thundering performances from a wide variety of hard and heavy acts, including Saxon, the Exploited, Anathema, Marduk, God Dethroned, Samael, Enter Chaos, and many more.
