Worse than the run-of-the-mill action film out of Hong Kong, this feature-length blood-and-gore film has a dispensable storyline and no character development but many scenes of graphic violence, car crashes, and gun battles. When three ex-cons rob a jewelry store, they kill a policeman and find themselves running from the law again. Meanwhile, a hitman kills off the leader of a drug cartel, and the police force is searching for him as well. Everything is settled in a massive gun battle at the end.
