Synopsis by Rose of Sharon Winter
This program is part of a series, narrated by Edmund Capon, that takes the viewer to China to learn about the art history of that land, whose cultural heritage spans thousands of years. This episode focuses on some of the great architectural monuments and natural formations that embody the Chinese artistic sensibility. Among the places visited are the Forbidden City in Beijing, the Great Wall of China, and Mt. Huangshan.
