Synopsis
The April 19, 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, which killed 168 people, is recalled via audiotape interviews with the man responsible, Timothy McVeigh, who was executed for it on June 11, 2001. The interviews also reveal what spurred McVeigh, at one time a decorated U.S. soldier, to turn his wrath on the federal government. Rachel Maddow hosts.
