Synopsis by Clare Perez-Izaguirre Lopez
Jean (Kate Lyn Sheil) works in fetish VR and is shocked to find out she is pregnant. Mona (Jade Eshete) is an auditioning actress whose fictional subject matter strikes too close to home. Kyrgyz Perizad (Assol Abdullina) is mourning her uncle, and Ruth (Lindsay Burdge) is a Jewish stay-at-home mom with a troublesome and disruptive son. Four very different women are united through a fateful incident on the New York underground while enduring their own unique and complex relationships with their mothers in this drama directed and co-written by David Gutnik.
