Three years after the death of Denis, the friend who brought them together, Antonio and Luca cross paths again. Antonio has become a successful and workaholic pastry chef. Luca, on the other hand, met Tancredi, the operator of a family home for LGBTQ+ young people, who helped him overcome a complex phase in his life. When the two meet again, Antonio - whose love life is struggling to take off - understands that he feels something different. important for Luca, he proposes to take over the family bakery together which his friend was forced to sell. An adventure whose final aim is the (re)conquest of Luca. Although Cristina, his long-time friend, is sceptical, Antonio tries to sabotage Luca's relationship, convinced that the past has returned to help them. Will it really be like this? Or is it just an illusion?
