Synopsis by Matthew Tobey
From Uruguay, this 2001 action-thriller was directed by filmmaker Pablo Rodriguez and concerns a father's efforts to avenge his daughter's death at any cost. Blaming the drug pushers who sold junk to his daughter, Victor decides to take justice into his own hands. With a drug shipment due to arrive, Victor gears up for a violent confrontation with a ruthless drug-lord, but the DEA has their sights set on taking down the cartel as well.
