This documentary chronicles sailor Tracy Edwards' mission to participate in the Whitbread Round the World ocean yacht race with an all-female crew. Through archival footage and present-day interviews, Edwards and the rest of her 12-woman crew recount their past and the hardships they faced making history aboard their ship called Maiden.
