After leaving his life of performing behind, Mike Lane (Channing Tatum) soon feels discontented and adrift as a bartender amidst Miami's glittering social scene. Yet a chance encounter with an older, elusive woman (Salma Hayek) reignites his passion for dance. The unlikely duo then ventures to London with the vision of reviving the spectacle of erotic dance to inspire feelings of passion, creativity, and emotion in theatergoers.
