Fitness expert Lynne Robinson offers a pair of exercise routines designed to align the body, improve respiratory function, and stabilize the core by using deep abdominal muscles in two easy-to-follow workouts designed for both beginning and advanced users. The first routine finds Robinson offering a series of gentle stretches while targeting the abdominals, waist, thighs, and buttocks and improving the circulatory system. In the second routine, Robinson moves on to mobilize the spine, tone the upper arms, and strengthen the trunk while improving the shape, circulatory, and lymphatic system in the legs. A "Series of Five" option offers an additional collection of five classic Pilates moves that allows viewers to get in touch with the "Powerhouse" around the center of the body, and a final relaxation session provides a relaxing cool down after the invigorating workout.
