Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
Two childhood friends spark up an unlikely romance during their 10th high school reunion, but quickly find that living in the past is easier than building a future together. Growing up, Todd Timmins (Mark Hug) and Allison Adamson (May Charters) lived near an apple orchard. Close friends since they could first walk, they drifted apart after graduating high school. A decade later, Allison has a successful career, and Todd is living in the shadow of his younger brother Bobby (Mark Wiebe) - a star hockey player. After reconnecting at their reunion, Todd and Allison forge a tenuous romance that threatens to turn into something more after Allison discovers that her childhood home is up for sale, and considers buying it. But just because they're older doesn't necessarily mean that they're wiser, and shortly after Bobby returns home, Todd and Allison find the frustrations of adulthood becoming harder to ignore. Later, when Allison attempts to start a fresh new chapter in life with Todd, their shared history threatens to become more of a burden than a benefit.
