Written and directed by Rebecca Halpern, the documentary chronicles the life of culinary pioneer Charlie Trotter. Known for his competitive flair and revolutionary flavors, Trotter inspired many chefs, such as Gordon Ramsay. Yet he didn’t lack enemies either.
