Two schoolmates and lifelong friends go off on their separate ways after graduating from high school, only to find their paths converging once again many years down the road in this tale of modern romance from director/screenwriter Alberto Diamante. As children, Alex and Sarah were inseparable: While Alex struggled to accept the fact that his parents were inherently cold and distant, Sarah was reared by a mother and father who espoused free love regardless of the trauma it inflicted on their daughter. After high school, Alex filtered his dysfunction into a career in comedy while Sarah traveled the globe in search of meaning. Later reunited by fate and faced with the possibility that they were meant for one another, this unlikely pair of opposites will do their best to move beyond their own personal issues in order to give love a fair shot.
