The final chapter of Lost City of the Jungle reveals that both Rod Stanton (Russell Hayden) and Tal Shan (Keye Luke) were thrown clear before their vehicle crashed into the ravine. Sir Eric (Lionel Atwill), meanwhile, manages to leave Pendrang by plane, but the evil megalomaniac has double-crossed one too many of his associates and Caffrom (John Miljan), his chief scientist, causes the plane to explode. Back in Zalabar, "System" Reeves (Arthur Space), who has been snooping around Indra's casino for the duration, reveals that he, too, is an agent for the Peace Foundation, and Indra (Helen Bennett) congratulates Rod and Marjorie (Jane Adams) with a job well done.
