Yuen Cheung-yan spins this generic action thriller about a band of terrorists who killed the son of a high-ranking American official. When Hong Kong cop Hui (Simon Yam Tat-wah) starts to investigate, he is impeded by the higher-ups. Meanwhile, the undercover unit is laboring day and night to prevent an assassination of a powerful American congressman by the same band of terrorists. When Hui captures the ringleader, a notorious criminal known as "Ironman," he is promptly suspended. Undaunted, Hui forges on while being fed info by a beautiful journalist who is actually working for the terrorists.
