Synopsis by Jason Buchanan
For next generation rock and rollers who may never have been fortunate enough to attend a show at New York City's legendary Hurrah club, this loving tribute to the venue that nurtured some of the most influential music ever recorded offers a rare chance to travel back and experience the energy and vitality of music history in the making. Though small in stature, Hurrah stood up against the best of them by serving as the epicenter of the New York Music scene. Now, footage from a series of early-1980s performances captured live at Hurrah's has been digitally re-mastered and restored to show just what the scene was like when rock and roll got it's edge back.
