Synopsis by Michael Hastings
This acclaimed animated adaptation of the popular children's book follows Linnea and her friend Mr. Bloom as they traipse through the landscapes which inspired some of the most significant paintings of the 20th century. The story addresses painting techniques such as expressionism in a manner that children can understand, as Linnea observes the very water lilies Monet painted.
