Meet the 20th century's most famous thoroughbred in the sports documentary Life and Times of Secretariat: An American Racing Legend. The 45-minute film chronicles the greatest moments of Secretariat's life, from his birth in 1970 to his record-setting Triple Crown victory to his death in 1989. You'll witness some of horseracing's best footage, including Secretariat's early races, all three of his winning Triple Crown stages (the Kentucky Derby, the Preakness, and the Belmont Stakes), and several of his Post-Crown events. Highlights of the tape include interviews with owner Penny Tweedy, trainer Lucien Laurin, groomer Eddie Sweat, and jockey Ron Turcotte.
