Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Jeff Baena's Life After Beth stars Dane DeHaan as a young man deeply in love with his girlfriend Beth (Aubrey Plaza). However, Beth dies unexpectedly. Even more unexpectedly, she returns as a zombie, and soon the two are inseparable once again. Over time, though, he realizes that the new version of Beth isn't the same as the woman he fell in love with.
