Ley lines, for those who believe in them, are invisible lines of force that connect centers of geomagnetic power to one another. Believers think that prehistoric men understood and used those lines of force and vortexes of power when they created monuments like Stonehenge. Similarly, director Patricia Gruben is seeking the mysterious connections which tie her to her family and its diverse past. In this very personal documentary, Ms. Gruben travels from Canada to Texas and Germany, and then back to the Canadian Arctic to explore how various parts of her family experience have influenced her psychological development.
