Synopsis by Hans J. Wollstein

The strapping Tom Tyler starred in this above-average silent Western which co-starred plucky little child actor Frankie Darro. Tyler's Tom Gallagher rescues Little Joey (Darro) and his dog from an approaching train. Delivering boy and dog at their destination, the Bar M Ranch, owner Dorothy Manning (Barbara Starr) hires Tom as her foreman. The idyllic ranch life is soon rudely interrupted by the reappearance of a couple of rustlers, Blackie (Olin Francis and Thug (Sam Peterson). The latter buys up Dorothy's mortgage and then kidnaps her when Tom is away to get the money to pay it off. Aided by Little Joey and a toothless old codger (Alfred Hewston), Tom manages to rescue the girl. Tyler and Darro worked well together, and their joint Westerns, released by FBO, were box-office winners.
