This video is an exercise regimen that is specifically customized for toning and conditioning your legs. This 30-minute workout is created for participants of all levels. Included on this video is an intensive five-minute warm-up workout, along with the progressive exercise routine that focuses on firming the upper and lower legs and thighs. This main routine consists of a 13-minute target toning, a 12-minute series of general leg-intensive exercises, and an eight-minute power workout that beginners can leave off of their routines to customize the workout for their own personal level.
