Synopsis by Perry Seibert
Director Antonino D'Ambrosio took seven years interviewing various artists who discuss how their art stems in large part from reactions to the conservative politics of Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher. They explain how their creative responses to what they felt were dehumanizing social changes allow them to find a way to improve the world. Among the many interviewees are Tom Morello, John Sayles, Eve Ensler, and Chuck D.
